Busy Season Overflow

Is there a time during the year where your volume of support request doubles or triples? If so then you have most likely run into the headache of hiring temporary help to assist in the process of handling that volume. This can be very time consuming just to bring your support staff up to speed for that extra busy holiday season. Leave all the headaches behind and leave the hiring of temporary help to us. We will take our current support staff and move them around on different phone lines when your volume gets high. When the season begins to slow down we will just cut back on the number of reps handling your line.
